Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and design, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions - Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM related issues - Develop and maintain user documentation - Provide support and training to end-users Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - Knowledge of SAP HCM and related modules - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills: - Experience with SAP HCM - Knowledge of HR best practices and principles - Ability to work with complex data sets - Familiarity with ERP systems and processes
